Last time I checked that wasn't true, but maybe that changed. Even so, I'm pretty sure Spark Operators can see everything. My main point was that Spark requires greater trust than lightning and on-chain. Just letting you know if you didn't.

Phoenix see all transactions too and I don't see people complaining about Phoenix. About greater trust than Lightning, I disagree, needs more trust yes, but still minimal and in my opinion has good tradeoffs.
