She is just going to ask AI for pick the best ones. I have access to a huge collection of my deceased dad and grand parents pictures. I only saw select ones once, for 5 minutes, about 20 years ago. Especially now that every person has millions of pictures saved. Nobody will ever look to through them.

The pictures with my elders are on paper. Some framed, some in photo books. But you do you.
Weird take. I cherish those photo albums where I can refresh memories from when I was a kid. Anything further back is much more selectively interesting but AI slop can't replace those memories. Well ... it could probably. I could re-enact a photo I can't find and at some point I'd probably forget it was AI but that's scary and worth preventing.
My family doesn't share old photos anymore. After they discovered AI, it's all AI modified ones. Either animated or brand new. They consider the actual photos not a good representation of the past. AI does a better job at that in people's minds.
