inter-app communication in notedeck is achieved by sending notes to the internal relay.
example: in notedeck-columns you can "pin" or "bookmark" a note into your notebook, which is a separate notedeck app. both apps only talk to the local internal relay, so everything just works and yet they are isolated.
this means any app within the notedeck browser can work together, even if you are offline.

stop talking dirty to us
The local approach is definitely cool.
Notedeck sounds exciting. Looking forward to having more competition for my desktop daily driver. It's a tall task.
Do you need soap for your dirtiness?
I need to send you my address already
soapminer@protonmail.com
I've been waiting, like a dejected bf.😭
lol sorry, i guess i was a little paranoid sending my address out, but since i see some people i know do repeat orders with you, i feel a bit more comfortable, no offense
I was just fucking with you. I don't need an "Oprah" moment.
Btw, I don't need YOUR address. Just a shipping address. ie POBox.
I get it, no one wants to be doxxed 🫡🫂
noted lol
Sweetie, if you don’t want your address out there, do a General Delivery to your P.O.’s address. Alert your P.O. clerk that you are expecting a what size parcel or envelope from (city, country, etc) within the next 30 days. All you have to do is check in with them every few days, and they hold your parcel behind the desk for 30 days. I got stickers from Alby this way, soon after I joined #nostr, when I was pretty uptight about my deets.
Thank you for that knowledge! 💪🫂🥰
ok ty! i appreciate the information. this is super helpful.
I didn't know you could do that... Hrm.
Check with your post office first to be sure that they will accommodate this service (which should be standard, but few even tend to be aware of it).
Civil servants are over-worked, underpaid, and generally not coughing up extra work, so they don’t advertise it.
Like an easier dbus?
probably.
