What nostr user is actually thankful that the mostr bridge was created; that they have to set up filters and blocks just to keep a deluge or furry dicks and mediocre photography out of their feed?

None. At least, the first time I saw it I asked around about how to block it from my feeds. Luckily Amethyst now includes nip-05s as targets for muted words.
There's literally no one communicating over that bridge.
It easily done more damage than good. There have been plenty of new users to Nostr that saw mostr content and left immediately, then told others what they experienced on Nostr.
These people, smh
