Feel moderation should happen at the relay level rather than at the message level. Whitelist only relay (paid, invite, apply, etc) and if you are a noted bad actor - relay operator (with ideological alignment to the community) kicks you off.

Umm. No..block what you don't want to see. That's how NOSTR works. This isn't silicon valley towers of censorship.
