Seems intermittent. Hard to provide much details. For all I know user error. VPN is a crap experience on the rest of my apps though. Google: "who dis? Find the find bicycles or U no search." Etc.

I reccommend cheap VPS and wireguard. It's really nice looking like you are some random address from Kazakhstan. I'm not touching Tor, every time a tor relay appears in the directory it gets blocked by half the internet.
