Just that's it wise to have some kind of warning or small text that says that you should only use the ZS tools for publishing apps you made or have the right to publish. Just in (court) case 😉. And for prepopulating content that gets a bit weird (since you are by definition not the right-holder) but you're also not really publishing, so I wouldn't know what to do there.
