Can confirm it's bad in Europe, friend of a friend got kicked out of his bank when the bank teller asked him what he needed 3k EUR for and he responded "hookers and blow" in an attempt to be funny. Banks don't have a sense of humour it seems. Funny enough that very same bank has been caught and fined multiple times laundering money for big clients and advising them on how to evade taxes...
