Nostr zaps don't have this yet. Bolt12 is nice, I like it, but it can't fully do this.
The thing about programmable money is there are different use cases.

Respectfully, BOLT12 isn’t just “nice”. It’s a game changer for privacy and reusing payment strings. It also happens to make splits much more straightforward bc they don’t rely on one time use BOLT11 strings.
