There's all kinds of search combinations you can do, e.g search for all follow packs created by someone, or follow packs that mention a certain word, or combinations of both (or scope them by creation date, etc)

This allows you to quickly find artsy follow packs, for example:

When you click on "+21 more" it will trigger another search, effectively producing a feed of that follow pack. You can also scope that, to e.g. show only highlight events from all the people in the "highlighters" pack that @PABLOF7z created, for example. Or all photos from a photography pack, etc.
