๐Ÿ‘ Try to get sunlight as well (obvs autumn now but even rolling up ur sleeves helps). Sunrise and sunset gazing also good; it'll stimulate melatonin production which is a powerful antioxidant. I don't do cults (i.e. ICANN routed payments).
