Only issue here is a like to keep my BTC and my other hosting separated.
I don't want a million items running my my lightning node.
Just my money.

Of course, but where is the issue? Run Bitcoin/Lightning/etc on one server and other things on another server?
You need to sell packages with two start9s then.
