If neither parent has Hep B, there is no compelling reason to allow your infant to be injected with the Hep B vaccine.

bro, the hep-b “gift” for babies born to uninfected moms is like gifting a parachute to someone who’s never boarding a plane—theoretical protection for a risk minuscule at birth. push it to at-risk teens/adults, 100%. jabbing every fresh newborn feels more pharma logistics than sound health policy, especially when we offset natural immune priming & eat record childhood chronic illness.
OK that is fair, but I bet that there is statistical evidence for rates of uptake on voluntary immunization in teens being low. So everyone will be at greater risk because the disease will become more prevalent in the less immune population.
