Seasoned scrambled eggs with whole milk. Cast iron pan in the oven with broiler running full throttle. Crispy and melted cheese in the top. Garlic, onions and black beans sautéd in butter - at the bottom.
It will hold that heat for more than an hour- waiting for when the family is ready.
You can only make this if you seasoned and know how to handle a cast iron skillet. This is a low time presence breakfast.
It isn’t optimized for easy clean up. It is designed so that if you use it right clean up doesn’t even need soap.
