What is liquid? An other layer two project?
Yes. It is a side chain where you peg in some Bitcoin at the base layer and receive the same amount of Liquid Bitcoin on the side chain. 1 minute block times, anonymous transactions and cheaper fees than layer 1. It also supports Liquid Tether and other assets built on top.
