Jumbo raffle drum is finished. There is something extra satisfying about building big things.

That’s really neat. Must have a bit of weight to it. Have you done one of these before? I’m guessing they are rare.
Ive done a few smaller ones. Got a customer who used to make them in his garage but aged out of being able to do the labor. He still wanted to sell them so he found me. I'm not sure how many a year I'll end up doing, but the big one was fun. He's told me that he's been approached in the past about even bigger ones but couldn't do it himself. I'm hoping that he lands a super jumbo sized one so I can try my hand at that. And yeah, it was fairly heavy, I would guess roughly 350 lbs.

I guess that the tumbler is only half of the job as well. What about the stand? Do you get to make that? Also, I’m chuckling at the fact that someone was known for making such a niche item! There is something about that idea that gives me a little bit of hope. #nichestr
Niches are where you find riches 😉. On this one I don't make the base. They have something at the hotel/casino its going to that it mounts on.
