No not always. Probably not even most of the time. Most anyone can run a #node. Especially anyone that wants to learn and become more proficient in the #Bitcoin ethos. I remember the first Bitcoin clients. They were so simple, #tight and efficient. It was very understated. I remember just staring at it for days.
