Warning: DO NOT install the CLN update This is a trap, absolutely do not trust closed source binaries. Use open source only. It is better to delay an update and tell people to take their routers offline to await the release of a delayed open source patch or version, with details; than to tell them to install closed source binaries. My claim, the CLN update IS A TRAP. If I'm wrong, they can simply prove me wrong by simply showing the source code of the update. If CLN does not become open source again, someone needs to fork the CLN project to a continued open source project. Everyone, backup the source code repo of CLN before they likely take that down. CLN was our only hope for lightning as LND sucks.
