Open to suggestions. The goal is to simplify application development on the napplets side, and so less capabilities likely means either only low level or high level interfaces, which has negatives on both sides.
Runtimes decide what capabilities they support, and not all napplets need to be supported by every shell.

The goal for me would be to add an LLM to amethyst and let it assemble/publish napplets for users in any way they want.
