3 full cycles per round [1 @ 155; 2, 3 & 4 @ 135; 5 @ 115] Donno if this is actually super hard or if I’m just gassed. 155 was feeling super heavy while doing strength work before the WOD - legs already at their limit while doing the complexes + 25 cals on the bike in between. image

Donno if it’s the leftovers from 9/11 workout, going too hard on the strength section before the amrap, or making the mistake of doing this after morning tennis and surf sessions - but my legs were spent during the WOD! Rarely have to drop the weight mid workout and did it again on the last round 🫠
