I often question my own existence. Have I already died before? How many times? Is this life finite or an ongoing dream of some sort?

Dream journaling may help you explore this on a healthy level. Unasked for advice: I was lucky to grow up in the 1980’s and 90s and dealt with #spirituality lifelong. Keeping journals helped me deal with something most around me didn’t understand. At the same time I’m grateful internet didn’t exist Cause I might of went crazy instead of living my life. Make sense?
I also grew up in the same era. We are the only generation that knows both no technology (internet, mobile devices) and complete technology takeover.. My dreams are some of the most trippy experiences, I remember many of them, but never kept a journal. Great feedback, I should.
Right on and if you want to share dream interpretations we can. I’ve shared some of mine in the past but didn’t even look Up in my own book what it means. Weird. Wish I had my old journals,
Let me gather some, yes, thank you. For example they used to say if you die in your dream, you die in real life, but I’ve died many times in my dreams and still seem alive 🤷‍♀️
Exactly. Which makes me consider if it’s something our ancestors told us to keep us spiritually grounded while in dreamscapes. But please understand I’ve been online and off since the 80’s but primarily off. Media consumption is apparently very low for my age as well so … kinda like an old soul … literally and figuratively online.
