That is a useless approach. Anyone who can install a new OS is a niche audience that is hardly noticeable. In the meanwhile, the vast majority of users will stick to whatever Android is installed on their devices. Therefore makes more sense to break the restrictions in Android than becoming each time more isolated from where users are.
