I'm a big fan of my homemade kombucha and very grateful to the woman who taught me how to make it 10 years ago in Barcelona. #ferments #homemade

It's huge because the jar is enormous. I usually make it with regular black tea, but sometimes I like to use raspberry or blueberry tea, and it's spectacular!

It looks great! Mine took several years to grow, plus several months of winter parked in a "SCOBY hotel." Did you know it grows to the size of the container it's in?

I didn’t know that! Looking for something bigger, maybe 8 or so liters, three is ok, but not quite enough
