Yep. And sometimes I add an exercise for chest, back, arms, shoulders or whatever

I tend to do Pull/Push/Legs and cardio on off days. Similar lifts, but I swapped out squats and DLs due to injury risk and lack of equipment. What’s your pull up max?
Luckily I hadn't any injuries so far. But I'm doing it only 7 months now. My pull up max is now 8-9 (started at 2, maybe 3)
