They should be in the top bar of the home feed in the new version. Other than that, you can also see them on user profiles on Amethyst.

Oh wow. Since when are they on the user profile? Hmm. I've followed a lot but it seems only my most recent one is there now.
If you use other clients they erase that. Amethyst saves it in the contact list (kind 3)
It was probably erased by another client. Not all clients keep the hashtag list when following/Unfollowing people. :(
