I see this as 2 completely different things, the first as gvmnt abuse and collusion with pharma, the second seems like karens and tyrant children not being able to accept the pro deportation candidate won the vote, while promoting interference and interfering with federal law enforcement(having a hubris problem so big that they are willing to "protect" some pedos and smugglers/traffickers), most of the problems wouldn't be happening if there was no interference. I know it would be idiotic and ridiculous to try to interfere or bother federal law enforcement operations on mine and almost any other country. I guess the only way it all could make sense for someone is if they don't believe in democracy, but still I doubt most or probably any of the people interfering are rejecting the benefits it gives them
