Yesterday I ran my fastest trail race ever PIUT 20 (21km +1380m elevation) I finished 30th out of 289 overall! In my last race, I barely made it into the top 100 and struggled a lot—so this feels like a huge step forward. I’m really proud of myself for staying consistent with my training. For saying no to alcohol when friends want to go out. For getting up at 6am to run, again and again. All those little choices add up—and on days like this, it all comes together. I’m so grateful. Setting goals and sticking to them really does make life better. Set yourself a challenge, go for it—and don’t be afraid to say no to the things that hold you back. image image https://blossom.primal.net/8331e65d3c80db4486dc6841615dfdc3205b660ff0a5610039c17e3bd2a0e382.mov
