Nature offers wisdom if we take time to listen. I love watching deer graze on my property. They never completely devour a plant. They leave enough for it to survive and provide the next round of nourishment.

You have a nice piece of land. The grazer's relationship to ecology is fascinating. Humans like overcomplicating things, but simple observation can really clear out confusion
Don’t get me wrong, the deer can totally piss off my wife by wrecking the aesthetics of our meticulously manicured flowers.
