As Russia and China are currently in communications lockdown and in order to give a chance to end it. Anyways, I believe that there is a chance for them to receive this post. The following must be carried out successfully and reach 70% of the population to get the communication means restored:
- The bans and lockdown must be declared through word of mouth (passaparola) or informative conferences.
- The word of mouth (passaparola) or informative conferences must be available in full for later views online on social media (especially Twitter) and YouTube (forever) after that the internet gets restored. And later broadcast on TV.
- The word of mouth (passaparola) or informative conferences must include information about accidents that were used to justify invading other countries or any war/military operation/s since year 2000 with all their truthful details to rectify the false allegations published before.
- The word of mouth (passaparola) or informative conferences must include any accident faked or carried out to put the blame on the bans, lockdowns or any request of mine with all the truthful information to rectify the false allegations published before.
- The word of mouth (passaparola) or informative conferences must include the declaration of amnesty (the next deadline replaces the 31th of December 2024 deadline so the people that would have risked being excluded can be included in the next amnesty declaration).
- The word of mouth (passaparola) or informative conferences must include all the end-conditions and pre-reduction requirements.

Once all of the above is carried out successfully the means that used to enable communications will be restored, inshaa Allah. However, the concerned countries must avoid anything that would lead to the same end again.
