Just as I was ready to write off the Supreme Court as a bunch of Kool-Aid pushing minions of the oligarch class, it’s great to see they have brains and spines that still function!

Since 1984, courts had to defer to an agency’s interpretation of the law, rather than interpreting independently. Today’s ruling gives the Judiciary back its rightful power and strips the Executive branch of some of its overreach.
Huge win.
