Decentralised mining pools, Hasher's working on their own block templates. Weak blocks proving there templates include Coinbase txs that payout to lightning channels that are controlled by Hasher's, or node hubs that payout ecash to Hasher's.
All Hasher's getting paid out on lightning or ecash for every blocked mines by a decentralized pool, Nostr may also be used..
This is the future I see, and hope for.
