Caffeine has negative effects on your sleep cycle. It can lead to the development of anxiety both due to its consumption and because it can cause you to sleep less. Additionally, its consumption can also lead to tachycardia and hypertension. Considering that heart attacks and heart failures are the leading causes of death worldwide, I'd stay away from caffeine.

Not for me. I’ve been drinking it for decades and sleep fine and it makes me feel great. I wouldn’t never deprive myself or others of the benefits of caffeine.
I preferred stopping drinking anything coffee related altogether. Yeah but you can also drive in the opposite lane, probably you will be fine, until a truck obliterates you 😂 Kidding aside, my family has a history of cardiac illness, my dad died when he was barely 47, my granpa ar 73 and my great granpa at 54, all for cardiac problems. So I'm doing everything in my power to stop this vicious cycle 😅

Maybe balance the coffee with alcohol? Irish Coffee? Historically approved? Or is that cheating?
