Yes, it even makes sense evolutionarily. People are half genetics and half memetics. Full replication takes 20+ years. If the memes that encouraged having kids are outsourced to other teachers then they are not guaranteed to be passed on. The discrepancy gets larger with time till now we have teachers replicating ideas in our kids that are antithetical to encouraging life.
