As someone who needed 40ish hours of lessons to get my (stick) drivers license at age 30, about twice the typical in The Netherlands, and then almost ran a red light during the exam... That said, BTC Prague is right next to small airport, so you flying Saylor's private yet here would have a made a pretty cool entrance.
