Can on post to a specific relay on the note level? Or is it posting to that “feed”?

If you start a new post from a feed with only 1 relay a “Lock to this relay” toggle will appear, check at the end of this video:
I haven’t added 1 tap to add relay feed yet so here are the steps to add this. Also showing how to toggle replies and to lock post to relay
