What kind of spam do you like? Is there any sort of email or phone spam that you enjoy? Spam is inherently undesirable. If people want to shitcoin, thats fine. Do it on Eth or somewhere NOT BITCOIN. If you want file storage use a torrent, IPFS or something. It is much easier to develop a relay filter than some shitcoin which exploits the spam It is a worthwhile back and forth like any kind of security effort.

You need to read about subjetive value sir... You can't consider spam a gif, a image, a video or even a book. Rules are clear. If you want to upload ANY data to Bitcoin. You need to pay the price.

I don't believe that spam could be exist in Bitcoin. What you call spam are data that you don't like. But is valid and paid the price to be there.
