This particular note was inspired by a chat with a friend in Yurp who I love but who has sadly been lead to believe we have a dictatorship in the US and they said they feel safer when traveling "in a police state" (lol) because it's "quieter and has less crime, and so I feel better, even though I know its people are suffering" and then said we have no one getting in trouble for shoplifting and something something Orange Man. I responded by saying first of all, fuck all the presidents, and that B) that shoplifting they hear about in US is likely in California, where a retard governs. And then I said that people would be more free and at peace if they ignored all the tyranny and chose to live in a way that they define for themselves.
