I'm working on a Self-Custody Self-Assessment and trying to break it down into sections where each is rated out of 10. Currently have simplicity, security, resilience. I'd love some feedback if you have thoughts.

Not that clear. This guide needs a guide. And redundant directions on each line with each variable (2 points for x, 0 for 3+.) That should appear only once, as a legend.
