Wallet of satoshi is the most adopted one i think. There is also muun. Bare bitcoin also has lightning, but no self custody option.
Aqua's nice, it's more geared towards using liquid although you can both send & receive in lightning.
The Bull Bitcoin wallet is also worth checking out - very cool
For small amounts like this safety isn't necessarily the number 1 priority.
There's always tradeoffs & I'll take my chances if it means always being able to spend bitcoin.
Storing Bitcoin as LBTC has many benefits & removes a lot of counterparty risk compared to many other lightning alternatives.
Both Aqua & Bull allow for storage on the timechain. They're both great as onchain hot wallets.
I haven't used Bull wallet enough but I've played with it.
For small amounts I am also fine with giftcards in a company owned database.
I have a prepaid Visa with a $100 on it.
Always tradeoffs.
I've only use the digital ones online.
I think you need to KYC to be able to use it in person (ie add it to Google pay or Apple pay on your phone).
You can buy them on bitrefill or the Bitcoin company apps.
I like the Aqua one because you can top it up (you don't have to leave change on the card).
KYC is cancer. You try to avoid or fight it.
