The nature of God, if anyone can try to remember, is like a rolling stone. No matter how one may pray for the sun to reverse its direction, even for a minute, it isn’t designed for undoings. If a flower withers, it may grow again, but not become fresh from its remains. It’s a continuous process that’s changing every minute, so it’s best to observe, and try to not miss the moments as fleeting as breath. Also, full submission opens up a doorway to experiencing something higher than oneself, that isn’t moved, but points to a lesson(s) in time. It’s not a written rule that this is the case, as the mystery of the divine, leaves no room for error, or games. Only what must be revealed is known, and further merged with memories, to dampen a sense to the whole thing of/called existence. B
