Great point about making them obsolete - yeah I’ve been trying to think of how the problem of big med/pharma can be approached in the same way that bitcoin solves fiat. Also do you have any thoughts on people who’ve been hurt/made worse by big med/pharma or people who are in a sense trapped in the system because of more serious or complex health issues, for example, a child born with Spina Bifida or something similar that puts the parents and child in some sense at the mercy of big medicine?

No worries at all! Your 2nd question is even more difficult to answer than the first one. though (and the first one isn't easy either). I don't know, but my best bet would be that the answer should entail becoming gradually, slowly, carefully less dependent on big pharma. Like substituting some prescription drugs with herbal counterparts. Like finding physical exercises, which can be done at home, which remedy whatever the ailment is. Like trying to better one's physical health in order to support mental health, or vice versa (you can include spiritual health here as well with practices like meditation, yoga, praying). It's not the best answer, but it's what I can come up with at the moment. Thanks for giving me some food for thought, by the way.
