@Sondre | satoshiconsult.com good point on the shop. a card terminal at the counter runs 1.5 to 3 percent plus a monthly rental, so zero on both sides shows up twice on the books. i help merchants set this up and that spread is what moves owners.

Is much better if they would stay as before, just a custodial service. It was a sincere, just saying "is custodial". Nothing wrong with that. But now with Spark, lying about custody and also lying users that is Bitcoin, is just a shit service. I think people do not realize that Spark is a bigger threat to Bitcoin than anything else.

Hey @DarthCoin ₿⚡️ I should have checked before replying if Blitz actually use Spark or not. What’s your wallet recommendation for merchants wanting to accept lightning payments, but don’t want to run their own LND or Core Lightning node?

if a merchant wont run a node, btcpay pointed at someone elses node is the honest answer. everything else is trusting a custodian and calling it adoption.
