I have to buy small amounts, but it's a huge pain in the asshole and to buy any significant amount. Buy $25? No biggie. Buy $500? That's a pain in the ass.

I can usually get 1.5k USD orders filled within 8 hours. I usually set the premium to 2%, but honestly I would pay 10% if needed.
