Yeah that's the only path forward. Smaller scale thinking and preserving your people's values through whatever community you have. Even if it's just your immediate family. Culture is what ultimately will drive us forward. Even on the smallest of scales. I think this is why we see a lot of nostalgia for the 80s/90s right now. Hell even bringing back things like incandescent light bulbs. I don't know if we will really even need to see some large scale war effort. That might even feed into the hands of the current controlling class. But there certainly needs to be an amount of real justice. None of this magically goes away without someone or something being held accountable for the last 60yrs (at least) of wrong doing. I'm hopeful but I try not to be cluelessly optimistic.
