honestly, there will come a time where we will be unable to repair our own vehicles, either through the loss of knowledge or complexity of electronics and 'manufacturer locked repairs'
So i'm with you with the DIY while it lasts.

I don't buy vehicles like that. I drive old Hondas and even older Fords on occasion when I've needed a truck. This is the time when people need to put in the work to learn skills needed to persevere.
