I was watching a recorded episode of Jeopardy last night, and the final question asked which of Paul's epistles had the most Old Testament quotes. The contestants who answered "Hebrews" were "correct," while the contestant who answered "Romans" lost a lot of money. My understanding is that there is no clear consensus on who wrote Hebrews and that the writing style is very different from Paul's usual style.
