Try this -Clear Amethyst data in the app settings. -Remove the Amethyst entry in Amber. -Start Amethyst and log back in.

Did all of the suggested and more. @Vitor Pamplona Deleted Amethyst, reinstalled and logged in via Amber after having cleared the nsec. Non change. Still can't block and introductions still there.
