Try this
-Clear Amethyst data in the app settings.
-Remove the Amethyst entry in Amber.
-Start Amethyst and log back in.

Did all of the suggested and more.

Deleted Amethyst, reinstalled and logged in via Amber after having cleared the nsec.
Non change. Still can't block and introductions still there.
