Hardened malloc one of the most significant GrapheneOS security features but not very talked about. You can install and use it on any Linux distro you want. Certain distros like secureblue come with it too! You can also do the same with Linux-hardened, which was maintained by us.
One of our maintainers also handles the Hardened Malloc package for Rocky Linux.
To be honest, none of our team members are like that. They're not even paranoid, just talented. If I talked about how I did my computing here then the Linux Defence Force will have on rooftops.

I always try to install it when ever I can.
I think a lot of people don't do it is because there are no exposed packages that I know of for the most common distributions like Debian or Ubuntu.
I love the work you guys do and try to support you as much as possible.
Yes that's right, we don't really have the resources to maintain other packages. A third-party might... Its available in Arch.
Would pick secureblue if you need all of this OOTB and more.
Having a whole new operating system that does all of these instead of toying with Linux would solve a lot of heavy work.
