STAY AWAY from CoinOS. They will lock you out of your account for using a VPN. Funds lost. Lesson learned.

It’s not a large enough amount to give in to their KYC bullshit! They should have mentioned it at signup. Just wanted people to be warned.
You can try appealing it.
