This might seem obvious to everyone else, but it just occurred to me that the permissionless nature of nostr means that people can’t be doxxed by a court order

A court order could force relay operators to hand out your IP, and they could also employ other techniques to deanonymize you, and then doxx you.
I guess, choose your relay operators carefully then?
Or just run your own relay?
